This notice explains how your information is used when you subscribe to occasional email updates from Linda-Jane Buckle.
What is collected
The signup form collects your email address. MailerLite also records the information needed to manage your subscription, including when you subscribed and confirmed your email address.
How it is used
Your information is used only to send Notes from the Study: occasional updates on new writing and the publication of Interpreting Iran. The lawful basis is your consent, confirmed through the double opt-in email.
Who processes it
MailerLite provides the mailing-list and email-delivery service and processes subscriber information for this purpose. Google reCAPTCHA is used on the form to prevent automated signups. Their own privacy terms also apply when those services are used.
How long it is kept
Your subscriber information is kept while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, enough information may be retained to ensure that no further newsletter email is sent to you.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. You may also ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing note@linda-janebuckle.com.
